Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds (ÖIF) ist ein Fonds der Republik Österreich und fördert Flüchtlinge und Zugewanderte in ihrer Integration. Dafür stellt der ÖIF Integrationszentren in allen Landeshauptstädten, Deutschkurse, Werte- und Orientierungskurse und Integrationsprüfungen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus setzt der ÖIF viele weitere Initiativen zur Förderung der sprachlichen, beruflichen und gesellschaftlichen Integration um. Der ÖIF ist auch Ansprechpartner für Institutionen, Organisationen und Multiplikator/innen im Integrations-, Sozial- und Bildungsbereich. Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams: 1 Mitarbeiter/in Team Frauen und Familie mit Somali-Kenntnissen (40h)

Ihr Aufgabenfeld

* Beratung und Übersetzungstätigkeiten für Zuwanderinnen der somalischen Community

* Bewerbung der Angebote des Teams Frauen und Familie und der relevanten Integrationsangebote in der somalischen Community

* Inhaltliche und administrative Mitarbeit im Team Frauen und Familie

* Ausarbeitung von Dokumenten und Konzepten

* Kommunikation mit Kooperationspartner/innen

* Unterstützung des Teams Frauen und Familie bei projektrelevanten Terminen

* Teilnahme an relevanten Veranstaltungen zur Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung mit externen Partnern

Ihre Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit weiblichen Zuwanderinnen, insbesondere aus Somalia, sowie gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen Themen und Lebensrealitäten der somalischen Community

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Somalischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Übersetzung und Vermittlung auch komplexer Inhalte

* Gute Kenntnisse der österreichischen Integrationslandschaft sowie Interesse an frauen-, integrations- und gesellschaftspolitischen Themen

* Erfahrung in der inhaltlichen und administrativen Ausarbeitung sowie eine rasche und genaue Auffassungsgabe

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartner/innen und in der Netzwerkarbeit sowie Freude am Aufbau und an der Pflege von Kontakten

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Vernetzungsfähigkeit, sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
