* Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Stabilisierung der Windows-basierten Server- und Client-Infrastruktur

* Betreuung zentraler Verzeichnis- und Identitätsdienste sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Benutzer- und Rechte-Managements

* Mitarbeit bei Planung, Umsetzung & Betrieb von visualisierten Umgebungen & hybriden IT-Landschaften

* Nutzung und Integration von Microsoft-Cloud-Services zur Unterstützung moderner Arbeits- und Kollaborationsmodelle

* Sicherstellung eines geordneten Systembetriebs durch regelmäßige Wartung, Updates sowie Backup- und Wiederherstellungskonzepte

* Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung wiederkehrender administrativer Tätigkeiten

* Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheits-, Compliance- und Governance-Vorgaben

* Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie strukturierter Wissenssammlungen

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Microsoft-Infrastruktur-Umfeld (Server- und Clientbetrieb)

* Routine im Umgang mit virtualisierten Plattformen sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerk-Zusammenhängen

* Erfahrung im Einsatz von Microsoft-Cloud-Diensten im Unternehmenskontext

* Vertrautheit mit zentralen Werkzeugen für Systemwartung, Update-Steuerung und Datensicherung

* Grundkenntnisse in der Skript- oder Automatisierungsunterstützung, idealerweise im Microsoft-Umfeld

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen

* Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Team- und Serviceorientierung

* Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu dokumentieren und nachhaltig aufzubereiten
