Deine Aufgaben

* Koordinieren und Administrieren externer Dienstleister im Bereich Kundeninstallationen inklusive technischer Abstimmungen

* Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen über Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail sowie professionelles Abwickeln von Beschwerden

* Organisieren der Behebung von Kundenstörungen und Sicherstellen einer effizienten Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten

* Unterstützen der Projektleitung bei operativen Aufgaben sowie Abwickeln des Materialmanagements

* Erstellen des wöchentlichen Berichtswesens sowie Kontrollieren und Pflegen der technischen Dokumentation in den Systemen

Profil

* Ausbildung - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Berufsschulniveau

* Fachkenntnisse - Erfahrung im Kunden- und Beschwerdemanagement, versierter Umgang mit MS Office sowie technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse am Glasfaserausbau

* Persönliche Stärken - Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, Genauigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten

* Zusätzlich bringst du mit -Deutschkenntnisse, hohe Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
