* Eigenständige Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen für Aluminium-Gesamtsystemlösungen sowie für hochwertige Brandschutzprodukte

* Sorgfältige Analyse und Beurteilung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen zur Ableitung präziser Kalkulationsgrundlagen

* Verantwortung für die Massenermittlung, inklusive strukturierter Aufbereitung aller relevanten Daten

* Enge Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung, um projektrelevante Informationen sowie technische und kaufmännische Aspekte effizient zu koordinieren

* Identifikation von Alternativlösungen, Chancen und wirtschaftlichen Optimierungen in Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Selbstständige Einholung und Aufbereitung von Lieferanten- und Subunternehmerangeboten

* Erstellung von Nachtragsangeboten zur wirtschaftlichen Absicherung laufender Projekte

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Kalkulationsstammdaten

Womit Du uns überzeugst:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation im Metallbau, Fassadenbau, Fenster- oder Türensystembereich

* Kenntnisse in baurechtlichen und normativen Grundlagen sowie im Bereich Brandschutz

* Sicherer Umgang mit branchenspezifischen Softwarelösungen, LOGIKAL von Vorteil

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamorientiert, lösungsorientiert und kommunikativ
