Wir verstärken unser Team mit 1 Mitarbeiter_in Telefonie im Ordinationszentrum für 30 Wochenstunden zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt

Was Sie erwartet

* Telefonische und persönliche Interaktion sowie Koordination der Termine für unsere Timesharing-Ordinationen

* Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Patient:innen, Ärzt:innen und Besucher:innen

* Telefonie mit unseren Patient:innen, um notwendige Termine vor der OP zu organisieren

* Es erwartet Sie ein erstklassig ausgestattetes Haus mit besonderer Atmosphäre

* Wir bieten ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima - Sie haben Profis als Kolleg:innen und arbeiten mit Top-Mediziner:innen zusammen

Was Sie mitbringen

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke

* hohe Kundenorientierung und ein freundliches Auftreten

* Medizinische Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Quereinsteiger aus der Hotellerie/Empfang oder Callcenter gerne willkommen

Was wir bieten

Wir bieten Ihnen ein Mindestgehalt von € 1.780,77 brutto auf Basis 30 Std./Woche des Kollektivvertrags für Privatkrankenanstalten. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich jedoch nach Ihrer persönlichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung und wird durch attraktive Sozialleistungen ergänzt.
