Als Teil unseres Vertriebsteams betreuen Sie unsere Handwerkskunden telefonisch, beraten zu unseren Produkten und sorgen dafür, dass aus guten Gesprächen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen entstehen. Mit Ihrer offenen Art erkennen Sie Potenziale, schaffen Vertrauen und tragen aktiv zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei. Der Eintritt ist ab sofort möglich!

Ihre Mission:

* Sie kümmern sich um die telefonische Betreuung unserer bestehenden Handwerkskunden

* Ihre Verantwortung reicht von der Angebotslegung über die Preisgestaltung bis hin zur Auftragserfassung

* Sie präsentieren unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen aktiv am Telefon und sorgen für die perfekte Customer Journey

* Mit Ihrer empathischen und gewinnenden Art erkennen Sie Verkaufspotentiale und nutzen diese

* Ebenso kümmern Sie sich routiniert um die Erfassung von Kundendaten im SAP-System

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Sie sind eine aufgeschlossene und gewinnende Persönlichkeit, die Spaß am Telefonieren hat

* Sie haben bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenbetreuung oder im Telefonvertrieb sammeln können

* Branchen- und Produktkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. LAP, Matura)

* Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und können sich für Werkzeuge und Befestigungstechnik begeistern

* Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen
