Die Tabak Trafik Biber und die Vienna Cigar Boutique sind ein modernes Fachgeschäft für Tabak, Zigarren, Pfeifen, E-Zigaretten und ausgewählte Genussprodukte. Unsere Kundinnen und Kunden erwarten Kompetenz, ehrliche Beratung und ein Einkaufserlebnis auf höchstem Niveau.

Wir suchen keine reine Verkaufskraft. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an unserer Branche, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und dem Anspruch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und jeden Tag ihr Bestes zu geben.

Deine Aufgaben:

º Persönliche und kompetente Beratung unserer Stamm- und Neukunden.

º Verkauf hochwertiger Tabak- und Genussprodukte.

º Warenpräsentation, Bestellungen, Lagerorganisation und Warenannahme.

º Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben.

º Mitdenken, Verantwortung übernehmen und Abläufe laufend verbessern.

Das bringst du mit:

º Echtes Interesse an Tabak, Zigarren, Genuss oder verwandten Premiumprodukten.

º Freude an Beratung und Verkauf.

º Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder einer beratungsintensiven Branche von Vorteil.

º Strukturierte, verlässliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.

º Freundliches Auftreten, Teamgeist und digitale Grundkenntnisse (Microsoft 365).

Das erwartet dich:

º Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

º Ein engagiertes Team.

º Moderne Arbeitsweise und hochwertige Produkte.

º Fachliche Weiterbildung im Premium-Tabak- und Zigarrenbereich.

º Entwicklungsperspektive bis hin zur Bereichsleitung.

Arbeitszeit & Entlohnung:

25-35 Stunden pro Woche, spätere Vollzeit möglich.

Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 2.500 auf Vollzeitbasis.

Je nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Verantwortungsbereich ist eine deutliche

Überzahlung vorgesehen. Die Einstufung erfolgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte

im Handel.
