Wir suchen 1 Mitarbeiter_in Vertriebsinnendienst Ihre Aufgaben

* In dieser Position zählt zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben die Ausschreibung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

* Dabei sind Sie in weiterer Folge zuständig für die selbstständige Koordination der Anfragen im Angebotsprozess

* Sie führen eigenständige Anfragen/Abfragen von Lieferterminen und Lagerbeständen durch

* Die Neuerfassung und Betreuung von Kundenartikeln und Preisen, sowie von Firmen und Ansprechpartnern in unserem ERP-System fällt ebenso in Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Sie unterstützen unsere Vertriebsmitarbeiter/-innen in administrativen Belangen und sorgen durch eine saubere Dokumentenablage und Wartung unseres Archivs für Ordnung

Ihr Profil

* Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich

* Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit dem PC (insbesondere MS-Office), Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil (vorzugsweise AP+)

* Sie beschreiben sich selbst als verantwortungsbewusstes Organisationstalent mit hohem Maß an Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist

* Persönlich bringen Sie ein freundliches und sympathisches Auftreten und Freude am Kundenkontakt mit

* Fundierte kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch runden Ihr Profil ab
