Wir suchen 1 Mitarbeiter_in Vertriebsinnendienst & Kundenbetreuung Ausmaß: Vollzeit

Standort: 8412 Allerheiligen bei Wildon, Europapark 1

Deine Aufgaben

* Du betreust und berätst unsere Kunden sowie potenzielle Neukunden per Telefon, E-Mail und über digitale Kommunikationskanäle.

* Du wickelst Kundenaufträge selbstständig von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung ab.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Lager und Logistik zusammen.

* Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen bei Messen, Veranstaltungen und Fachvorträgen.

* Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Systemen

* Interesse an Social Media, Digitalisierung, KI und neuen Technologien

Dein Profil

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HLW, Tourismusschule) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer organisatorischen Funktion ist von Vorteil

* Auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger und Absolventen sind herzlich willkommen
