* Betreuung von Schlüsselkunden im In- und Ausland in enger Abstimmung mit dem Key-Account-Management

* Proaktive Unterstützung von Key Account und Vertriebsleitung in der operativen Kundenbetreuung

* Bestelleingabe und Pflege der Kunden- und Artikeldaten im System

* Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Preisübersichten

* Laufende Kommunikation mit Kunden zu Themen wie Reklamationen, Listungen, Produkten und Aktionen

* Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen inkl. Organisation und Versand von Produktmustern

Das zeichnet Sie fachlich und persönlich aus

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Key-Account-Support oder in der Kundenbetreuung von Vorteil, idealerweise im Lebensmittelbereich

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und hohe IT Affinität

* Organisationsgeschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, verschiedene Aufgabenbereiche zu übernehmen
