Wir betreuen institutionelle Kunden und setzen mit unserer Plattform JAMES neue Maßstäbe in puncto Transparenz, Effizienz und Liquidität. 1 MITARBEITER_IN WERTPAPIERABWICKLUNG & REGULATORY OPERATIONS Graz Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (ab 30 bis 40h/Woche) ab sofort

DEINE AUFGABEN IM ÜBERBLICK.

* Kontrolle und Abwicklung von Wertpapieraufträgen (Settlement)

* Kommunikation mit Banken, Kunden und internen Schnittstellen auf Deutsch und Englisch

* Unterstützung bei der Durchführung regulatorischer Geschäftsprozesse mit Schwerpunkt auf KYC-und MiFID-Anforderungen sowie weiterer operativer Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft

* Übernahme diverser Aufgaben im Office Management (z.B. Postwege, div. zuarbeitenden Tätigkeiten, Recherche bzw. Aufbereitung von Informationen, etc.)

DAS BRINGST DU MIT.

* Erste Erfahrung im Wertpapierbereich bzw. abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt

* Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Genauigkeit und Diskretion

* Verlässlichkeit, Wissbegierde und Freude an strukturiertem Arbeiten

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
