Etwa 1.900 Mitarbeiter:innen begleiten bei LebensGroß rund 11.000 Menschen. 1 Mitarbeiter_in - Wohnassistenz und Familienentlastung Für die Wohnassistenz und Familienentlastung in Deutschlandsberg suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Personen, die Menschen mit Behinderung in ihrem Zuhause unterstützen und gerne flexibel, selbstständig und nah an ihren Lebensrealitäten arbeiten. Wenn du Freude daran hast, Menschen in unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen zu begleiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.

Was wirst du machen?

* Du bist im häuslichen Umfeld unserer Teilnehmer_innen tätig.

* Du kannst dich gut auf verschiedene Menschen und Umstände einstellen. Wir begleiten momentan Familien mit Kleinkindern bis hin zu Senior_innen.

* Personenzentrierte Arbeit und Dokumentation.

* Fallweise kommt es zu Abend- beziehungsweise Wochenenddiensten.

* Zusätzliche Aufgabengebiete speziell in der Wohnassistenz: Du kommunizierst und vernetzt dich mit kund_innenrelevanten Ansprechpersonen oder Vernetzungspartner_innen (Angehörige, Vereine, andere Anbieter etc.) und unterstützt bei Alltagshandlungen (Wohnbereich, Ämter und Behörden, Geldangelegenheiten, Haushaltsführung, Sozialkontakte, Freizeit usw.).

Was solltest du mitbringen?

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialbetreuer_in Behindertenbegleitung oder Behindertenarbeit, Familienarbeiter_in oder psychosoziale Ausbildung, wie zum Beispiel Sozialpädagogik-Kolleg, Studium der Pädagogik, Psychologie oder Sozialen Arbeit.

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung.

* Führerschein der Klasse B und eigener PKW.

* Du bist gut strukturiert und es fällt dir leicht, dich zu organisieren. In deinem Arbeitsalltag werden Termine individuell mit den Teilnehmer_innen vereinbart.

* EDV-Grundkenntnisse, zum Beispiel für Zeitaufzeichnung und Intranet.

* UBV-Schulung von Vorteil.

Bezahlung nach Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (SWÖ-KV), Verwendungsgruppe 7.

Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitanstellung: 3.074,80 Euro brutto, je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten bis zu 3.444,40 Euro brutto. Im Bereich Familienentlastungsdienst wird für Berufsgruppen Sozialbetreuer_innen sowie Pflege(fach)assistent_innen zusätzlich ein Pflegebonus gewährt.
