Unsere Mission seit 60 Jahren: Menschen mit Behinderungen ein selbstbestimmtes Leben in der Mitte der Gesellschaft ermöglichen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in unserem Wohnpark in Sollenau (Haus 2 plus Tagesbetreuung) suchen wir eine_n: 1 Mitarbeiter_in zur Begleitung von Menschen mit intellektuellen Behinderungen

- 25 bis 30h/Woche

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Begleitung von Menschen mit intellektuellen Behinderungen im Wohnbereich (Haus 2 plus Tagesbetreuung)

* Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen bei der Umsetzung ihrer persönlichen und sozialen Bedürfnisse

* Hilfestellung bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten, sowie der Körperhygiene

* Führen von Dokumentationen und Berichten und Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen

* Kooperation und Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Erwachsenenvertretern und anderen sozialen Institutionen

Das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene facheinschlägige Ausbildung im Bereich Fach- oder Diplomsozialbetreuung, Pflegeassistenz, Sozialpädagogik, Behindertenbetreuung mit UBV o.ä.

* Berufserfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit intellektuellen Behinderungen wünschenswert

* Bereitschaft für Wochenend-, Feiertags-, und Nachtdienste (Zuschläge lt. KV)

* Führerschein B, EDV - Anwenderkenntnisse, Erste-Hilfe-Kurs vorteilhaft

* Möglichkeit einer flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung (Dienstplan wird ein Monat vorab vereinbart)

Die Einstufung erfolgt entsprechend unserem KV SWÖ (€ 2676,40 bis 3294,10 brutto für 37 Stunden/Woche/Vollzeit) und ist abhängig von Deiner Ausbildung, den Vordienstzeiten und dem Verantwortungsbereich
