Im Rahmen einer Personalvorauswahl sucht das Startup-Fachzentrum des AMS-Wien für Digital Innovations Solution ab sofort 2 Mitarbeiter_innen Datenverarbeitung / Digitalisierung (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Scannen und digitale Erfassung von Dokumenten

* Aufbereitung und Strukturierung von Daten

* Upload und Verwaltung von Dateien in entsprechenden Systemen

* Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle der digitalisierten Unterlagen

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

* EDV-Kenntnisse: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Access, 10-Finger-System

* Sorgfältige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich oder in der Datenverarbeitung

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift der Tätigkeit entsprechend, da viele Akten und Schriftstücke auch ein sorgsames Verstehen erfordern.
