Das wird Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Als Mitarbeiter:in im Besuchsdienst begleiten Sie unsere Klient:innen im Alltag und tragen dazu bei, deren Selbstständigkeit zu fördern und zu erhalten.

Sie sind eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für unsere Klient:innen und verfolgen unser gemeinsames Ziel, diese bestmöglich zu Hause zu unterstützen.

* Sie besuchen pro Tag mehrere Klient:innen in deren gewohnter Umgebung. Oftmals können unsere Klient:innen aus verschiedenen Gründen ihre Wohnung alleine nicht verlassen. Hier sind Sie und Ihre Unterstützung gefragt! Leisten Sie einen wertvollen Beitrag, indem Sie ihnen hilfreich zur Seite stehen.

* Sie unterstützen unsere Klient:innen beim Einkaufen oder erledigen dies für sie. Dabei achten Sie auf deren Bedürfnisse und Wünsche. Sie helfen beim Schreiben der Einkaufsliste, beim Tragen der Einkäufe sowie beim Ein- und Auspacken, damit die gewünschten Lebensmittel verlässlich zu Hause zur Verfügung stehen.

* Sie begleiten unsere Klient:innen bei Arzt- und Behördenwegen, unterstützen sie durch ihre Anwesenheit und sind für sie da, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird.

* Sind alle wichtigen Erledigungen getätigt, so sorgen Sie für Gesellschaft bei Spaziergängen oder organisieren Freizeitaktivitäten, weil das Miteinander wertvoll ist.

Sie möchten Ihre Zeit einer sinnstiftenden Aufgabe widmen und bringen neben Engagement auch ein offenes Herz mit.

* Sie sind zeitlich sowie örtlich flexibel, damit Sie unsere Klient:innen in deren Alltag entlasten. Ihre wertvolle Unterstützung wird von Montag bis Freitag in ganz Wien benötigt.

* Sie sind eine zuverlässige Person und zeichnen sich durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus. Ihr Feingefühl und Ihre Empathie sind von zentraler Bedeutung für unsere Klient:innen und Sie können gut auf deren individuelle Bedürfnisse und Lebenssituationen eingehen.

* Sie bringen Offenheit mit und haben Freude am Umgang und Austausch mit älteren Menschen. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, gleich bei uns zu beginnen, da keine fachspezifische Ausbildung notwendig ist.
