Wir suchen 2 Mitarbeiter_innen Sachbearbeitung / Auftragserfassung (m/w/d) für unser Unternehmen am Standort Grödig, welches Österreich und 15 weitere Länder in Süd- und Südosteuropa betreut, suchen wir Verstärkung unseres Teams im Vertriebsinnendienst.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie betreuen in unserem Verkaufsinnendienstteam ein Ihnen zugeteiltes Gebiet

* Dabei sind Sie die wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Vertrieb, den Produktionsstätten und den Kunden

* Sie erfassen Aufträge und koordinieren diese bis hin zur Fertigungsfreigabe

* Sie verfolgen Liefertermine und verantworten die auftragsbezogene Kommunikation mit den Kunden sowie die Stammdatenpflege

Ihre Qualifikation

* Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

* Sie haben ein Gespür für technische Produkte, sind teamorientiert und pflegen eine genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Word und SAP aus

* Sie haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt auf Basis von 38,5 Wochenstunden beträgt 2.947,89 € (brutto monatlich). Über das tatsächliche Gehalt sprechen wir gerne persönlich mit Ihnen! Wir stellen eine attraktive Überzahlung abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation in Aussicht.
