Die Tiroler Soziale Dienste GmbH, eine gemeinnützige Tochter des Landes Tirol, ist für die Grundversorgung von Menschen im Asylverfahren zuständig. Unser Betätigungsfeld umfasst zahlreiche Standorte und Integrationsprojekte in Tirol.

Wir suchen für den Zeitraum November 2026 bis April 2027 in unserem Bereich 24/7 (Obdachlosenbereich)

für unsere Notschlafstelle in Lienz: 1 Mitarbeiter_innen Sicherheitsdienst in Teilzeit (29 Wochenstunden).

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Sehr gute körperliche Eignung

* Erfahrung mit Interkulturalität und Diversität

* Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Deeskalierende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse Englisch

* Erfahrung im Sicherheitsdienst von Vorteil

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Zielgruppen relevante Fremdsprachen (zB Arabisch, Dari, Farsi, Russisch) von Vorteil

* IT Standardwissen inkl. MS Office

* Einwandfreier Leumund

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Ablaufes in den Abend- und Nachtstunden in unserer Notschlafstelle Lienz

* Zutritts- und Personenkontrollen sowie Kontroll- und Streifengänge im Haus

* Durchsetzung der Hausordnung

* Vorbeugender und abwehrender Brandschutz und Erste Hilfeleistungen

* Unterstützung bei der Aufnahme von Klient*innen, Zubereitung und Ausgabe einfacher Mahlzeiten, Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten

* Kontaktperson vor Ort im Notfall

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt auf Basis einer 37-Stunden-Woche beträgt laut SWÖ-KV Verwendungsgruppe 3 € 2.390,80 brutto pro Monat. Eine Zulage je nach Tätigkeit und anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten finden entsprechende Berücksichtigung.
