Als Marktführer unserer Branche bieten wir unseren Kunden ein vollumfassendes Sortiment an Backwaren sowie Serviceartikeln für Hotellerie, Restaurant und Gastronomie. Innovative Produkte und Dienstleistungen sowie moderne Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Servicestrategien garantieren unseren Erfolgskurs.

Gemeinsam mit Ihnen möchten wir diesen gerne fortsetzen und unsere Marktposition weiter ausbauen. Um unsere ehrgeizigen Geschäftsziele zu verwirklichen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin für unsere Niederlassung Rutzenmoos. 2 Mitarbeiter_innen Telefonverkauf * Vollzeitbeschäftigung bzw. auch Teilzeit möglich im Ausmaß von mindestens 20 Stunden pro Woche

Ihre Aufgaben

* Telefonische Beratung unserer gewerblichen Kunden aus den Bereichen Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Catering und Bake-Off

* Durchführung von Verkaufs- und Marketingaktionen

* Akquisitions- und Rückgewinnungsgespräche

* Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM-System

* Repräsentation des Unternehmens sowie unserer Produkte

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre

* Idealerweise erste Vertriebserfahrungen und/oder Branchenkenntnisse im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe

* Gutes mündliches Ausdrucksvermögen und eine verkaufsorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Teamorientierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* PC-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Kontaktfreude und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten

Entgeltangaben des Unternehmens

Wir legen Wert auf faire und marktübliche Gehälter. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt 2.500,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine überdurchschnittliche Überzahlung geboten.
