Um unserem Anspruch auf Qualität und Service langfristig gerecht zu werden, suchen wir ab sofort für die Austria Metall GmbH: 1 Mitarbeiter Investor Relations und externe Kommunikation (m/w/x) am Standort Ranshofen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

Aktive Mitwirkung an der Finanzberichterstattung und Kapitalmarktkommunikation, insbesondere

bei Geschäftsbericht, Halbjahres- und Quartalsberichten, Pressemitteilungen, Präsentationen

sowie Analysten- und Investorenunterlagen

Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Hauptversammlung, einschließlich

Erstellung relevanter Unterlagen und organisatorischer Koordination

Eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten, Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen

im Bereich Investor Relations

Unterstützung im Bereich Emittenten-Compliance

Mitarbeit in der externen Unternehmenskommunikation, Medienarbeit sowie bei der Erstellung

von Vorstands- und Kommunikationsunterlagen

Sie verfügen über:

Fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Uni oder FH

Einschlägige Berufspraxis von Vorteil

Interesse an Kapitalmarkt- und Finanzthemen

Solide Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse Level C2

Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, sowie erste Erfahrung mit Reporting-Tools

Analytisches Denken; Selbständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit

Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung

EUR 4.200,-- brutto. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung erfolgt eine entsprechende

gehaltliche Anpassung in Kombination mit attraktiven Sozialleistungen.
