Deine neuen Aufgaben

* Zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden im Störungs- und Reklamationsfall sowie interne Schnittstelle zu allen Service-Abteilungen. (Single Point of Contact)

* Störungsannahme, 1st Level (Lösungsversuch), sowie Koordination von Tickets per Mail, telefonisch sowie div. Kunden-Schnittstellen

* Pflege aller administrativen Prozesse und Dokumentationen (Ticketsystem/ERP System, Wissensdatenbank)

* Überwachung (Monitoring) der Service Level Agreements

* Steuerung der Fieldservice Techniker (Einsatzplanung/Dispatching)

* Mitarbeit bei großen IT-Projekten (Rollouts, Migrationen, etc.)

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL) von Vorteil - Quereinsteiger:innen und Berufseinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen!

* Interesse und Grundkenntnisse im aktuellen IT Hardware und Software Bereich

* Geographisches Verständnis (Routenplanung)

* Strukturierte, service- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Teamplayerkompetenz

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch ist von Vorteil

Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 33.000,- brutto p.a. (nicht All-In) bei einer 38,5 Stundenwoche. Die Vergütung

orientiert sich selbstverständlich an deiner individuellen Qualifikation und positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung.
