Das zeichnet Sie fachlich und persönlich aus

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (LAP, HTL oder einschlägiges Studium)

* Berufserfahrung im 1st- und idealerweise 2nd-Level-Support

* Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere in der Administration von Windows-Systemen und Active Directory; Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 von Vorteil

* Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Servertechnologien sowie Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Datensicherung, idealerweise mit VMware und Veeam

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP, Cronetwork, Bizerba und Handtmann HCU von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zu Arbeitseinsätzen und Rufbereitschaft am Wochenende gemäß Dienstplaneinteilung

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Freude daran, Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kommunikationsorientierung

* Deutsch- sowie solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

So sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus

* Betreuung und Unterstützung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Hardware und Software Windows, Office, Microsoft 365 etc

* Administration und Betreuung von Windows-Clients und Benutzerkonten im Active Directory

* Analyse, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents und Service Requests im Ticketsystem

* Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Nutzung von SAP, Cronetwork und weiteren internen Systemen

* Administration, Überwachung und Betreuung der bestehenden Server- und Virtualisierungsumgebung auf Basis von VMware sowie der Datensicherung mit Veeam

* Administration und Überwachung der Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastruktur

* Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und bei der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur

* Administration und Betreuung unserer Telefon- und Kommunikationssysteme

GEHALT

Eine marktkonforme Bezahlung sowie zahlreiche Benefits und Zusatzleistungen sind für uns selbstverständlich. Die Einstufung für diese Position erfolgt im Kollektivvertrag Angestellte im Handel in der Verwendungsgruppe D. Eine entsprechende Überzahlung auf die Mindesteinstufung im Kollektivvertrag in Abhängigkeit Ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen wird individuell vereinbart.
