Werden Sie Prozessingenieur*in! Spielen Sie eine wichtige Rolle in der Produktion von biopharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen der Focused Factory Microbial von Boehringer Ingelheim am Standort Wien! Im interdisziplinären Team schaffen wir die Voraussetzungen für den erfolgreichen Prozesstransfer. Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

Koordination und Leitung des Prozesstransfers für den Bereich Upstream von biopharmazeutischen Prozessen in die GMP Produktionsanlage der Focused Factory Microbial (bis 6000 L Fermentervolumen)

Technische Koordination des Prozess- bzw. Technologietransfers und Scale-ups aus der eigenen Entwicklung sowie für das Drittkundengeschäft

Fachliche Planung und Leitung von technischen Versuchsläufen im Großmaßstab (Engineering-Läufe) sowie Unterstützung der Routine-Produktion

Technologie-Schnittstelle zwischen Operations/Produktion, Manufacturing Science und Process Science/Entwicklung

Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Prozessvalidierungs- und der Einreichdokumentation

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Biotechnologie oder Verfahrenstechnik

Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich mikrobielle Fermentation und rekombinanten Proteinexpression in entsprechenden Expressionssystemen

Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie/GMP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)

Professionelles Auftreten und Kommunikationsverhalten im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden*innen, sowie Freude am Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams

Das Mindestgrundentgelt gemäß Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag liegt für diese Position bei € 49.804,58 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit). Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an branchenüblichen Gehältern, Ihren individuellen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen.
