Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach 1 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Abteilung Rohstoffmanagement Ihre Aufgaben:

* Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung von Rohstoffstammdaten im ERP-System und begleitender Software

* Deklaration von neuen Artikeln

* Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Audits (Halal, Kosher, GMP+...)

* Umsetzung lebensmittelrechtlicher Anforderungen und Neuerungen

* Dokumentenprüfung der Rohstoffe auf mikrobiologische Parameter, Grenzwerte usw.

* Bearbeitung, Kontrolle und Wartung aller Unterlagen zu den Rohstoffen bei diversen Lieferanten

(in deutscher und englischer Sprache)

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Ernährung (z.B.: HTL, Lehre,..)

* alternativ Key-Position für erfahrene und qualifizierte Bürofachkraft mit Interesse an Lebensmitteln

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Genauigkeit und hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Kommunikationsstärke und vernetztes Denken

* Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* gute EDV- und MS-Office-Kenntnis
