Was du mitbringst:

* Fundierte fachliche Ausbildung

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler, Tischlermeister, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Planung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung.

* Ganzheitliches Denken

Du verstehst Projekte im Gesamten - von der Idee über die Konstruktion bis zur fertigen Umsetzung auf der Baustelle

* Ausgeprägtes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

Du erkennst Details, bevor sie entstehen und entwickelst Lösungen, die funktionieren - technisch wie gestalterisch

* Kommunikationsstärke & Kund_innenverständnis

Du trittst sicher gegenüber Kund_innen, Architekt_innen und Partner_innen auf und kannst Anforderungen klar übersetzen und koordinieren

* Eigenverantwortung & Struktur

Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick
