Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Qualitätssicherung & Dokumentationsprüfung Wareneingang Sie haben ein Auge fürs Detail und fühlen sich in einem technischen Umfeld wohl?

Dann werden Sie Teil des engagierten Teams und sorgen dafür, dass Qualitätsstandards bereits beim Wareneingang eingehalten werden.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung der Produktion elektrischer Großmaschinen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Prüfung und Bewertung von Werkszeugnissen, Attesten sowie Prüfdokumentationen

* Abgleich dokumentierter Prüfergebnisse mit Bestellungen, Spezifikationen, Normen und Prüfplänen

* Kontrolle der Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität von Lieferdokumentationen

* Dokumentation und Archivierung qualitätsrelevanter Unterlagen im SAP-System

* Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten und interne Fachabteilungen bei Rückfragen oder Abweichungen

* Mitwirkung bei der dokumentationstechnischen Bewertung und Freigabe von Lieferungen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Werkmeister, HTL oder vergleichbar)

* Alternativ einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld

* Kenntnisse in der Qualitätsprüfung, Qualitätssicherung oder Messtechnik von Vorteil

* Interesse an technischen Dokumentationen, Werkszeugnissen und Attesten

* Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen

Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens € 44.600,--. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
