Ihre Aufgaben:

* Prüfung der technischen Umsetzbarkeit von Kundenanfragen und projektspezifischen Anforderungen

* Ermittlung des Materialbedarfs sowie statische Vorbemessung von BSP-Konstruktionen

* Erstellung, laufende Bearbeitung und Pflege von Bauteil- und Gesamtplänen in CAD mit hohem Zeichenanteil

* Technische Ausarbeitung von Angeboten sowie begleitende Unterstützung der Auftragsabwicklung

* Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und internen Fachabteilungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise HTL für Holztechnik oder Bautechnik, alternativ Zimmerer mit entsprechender Weiterbildung

* Erste Berufserfahrung im konstruktiven Holzbau von Vorteil

* Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse (z. B. AutoCAD, hsbcad oder vergleichbare Systeme) sowie Freude an intensiver Konstruktionsarbeit

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und hoher Kundenorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
