Stell dir vor: In einer Küche wird vorbereitet, die Bestellung für

morgen steht an und am anderen Ende der Leitung bist du. Du

nimmst nicht nur Aufträge entgegen, du sorgst dafür, dass

Qualität, Frische und Verlässlichkeit ihren Weg in die

Gastronomie und Hotellerie finden.

Als Großhändler sind wir Partner unserer Kunden: persönlich,

nahbar und zuverlässig. Am Telefon bist du ihre erste

Anlaufstelle: Du hörst zu, denkst mit, ergänzt sinnvoll und hältst

in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Gastro-Fachberatern alles in

Bewegung - von Obst und Fleisch bis zu Feinkost und

Gourmetartikeln.

Du verbindest Menschen, Bestellungen und Lösungen.

Kurz gesagt: Du bist die Stimme, auf die sich unsere Kunden

verlassen.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du bist die Stimme, auf die sich unsere Kunden verlassen -

nimmst Bestellungen freundlich, zuverlässig und mit einem

Lächeln entgegen

* Du denkst voraus: holst Aufträge aktiv ein und koordinierst

alles eng mit unseren Gastro-Fachberatern

* Du bleibst dran: verfolgst Neukundenkontakte aktiv weiter

und baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf

* Du erkennst Chancen, wenn unsere Kunden Zusatzbedarf

haben - von frischem Obst über Fleisch bis hin zu Feinkost

und Gourmetartikeln

* Du hältst die Fäden zusammen: sorgst dafür, dass

Fakturierung, Kundendaten und organisatorische Abläufe

reibungslos laufen

* Du bist das Bindeglied, das Kunden und Vertrieb verbindet

und dafür sorgt, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert

Dein Profil

* Ersterfahrung im telefonischen Kundenkontakt, idealerweise

im Lebensmittel- oder Gastrobereich

* Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Klare, freundliche Ausdrucksweise und Freude am

Telefonieren

* Serviceorientierung, Verlässlichkeit und Freude am Umgang

mit Menschen
