Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Vertriebsunterlagen

* Durchführung von Bonitätsprüfungen

* Anlage und Pflege von Kundendaten im ERP-System

* Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für den Vertrieb

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem technischen Vertriebsinnendienst sowie Außendienst

* Stetige Kommunikation mit vor- und nachgelagerten kaufmännischen Abteilungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst eines produzierenden Unternehmens von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
