Für die Weiterentwicklung unseres 8-köpfigen Einkaufsteams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter (m/w) für die Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst BIOGAST im Ausmaß von 32 bis 35 Stunden / Woche, Arbeitsort 1210 Wien

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie sind zuständig für einen ganzheitlichen freundlichen, kompetenten und lösungsorientierten Kundenservice.

* Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachkundige telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden.

* Sie wickeln Kundenbestellungen mit Hilfe unseres Warenwirtschaftssystems ab.

* Sie bearbeiten Kundenretouren und sind zuständig für professionelles Reklamationsmanagement.

* Sie arbeiten mit diversen Abteilungen zusammen (Logistik, Disposition, Einkauf und unserem Außendienst).

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HAK, HLW oder Ähnliches).

* Sie bringen idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.

* Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie lösungsorientierte und freundliche Vorgehensweise am Telefon.

* Sie sind eine zuverlässige und stressresistente Persönlichkeit.

* Neben kommunikationssicheren Deutschkenntnissen sind gute Kenntnisse in Slowakisch, Tschechisch und/oder Slowenisch von Vorteil, aber keine unbedingte Voraussetzung für diese Position.

* Sie bringen Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit biologischen Lebensmitteln mit.

* Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Microsoft Office Programmen.

* Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und können vernetzt denken. Somit beweisen Sie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung.

* Sie sind dazu bereit (ca. alle 5 Wochen) einen Samstagsdienst zu übernehmen.

Ihr Entgelt orientiert sich selbstverständlich einerseits an dem Wissen, das Sie für diese Position bereits mitbringen sowie andererseits an der Verantwortung, die Sie übernehmen werden. Da uns offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig ist, besprechen wir die Entlohnung gerne im persönlichen Gespräch. **** Gemäß GIBG veröffentlichen wir ein Mindestentgelt von € 31.514,-- brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
