Im Rahmen einer Personalvorauswahl, suchen wir für unserer Kunden, einem Produktionsbetrieb im Bezirk Feldkirch,

zum ehestmöglichstem Eintritt bzw. nach Vereinbarung 1 Mitarbeiter Operativer Altpapiereinkauf & Logistikdisposition (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Operativer Einkauf und Disposition von Altpapier

* Termin- und Mengenkoordination mit Lieferanten, Speditionen und Entsorgungspartnern

* Planung und Organisation der Transporte unserer Papierrollen zu internationalen Kunden

* Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, Speditionen, Logistikpartnern und internen Schnittstellen

* Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Mengen und Beständen

* Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung logistischer Prozesse und Abläufe

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

* Freude an der Koordination und Abstimmung unterschiedlicher Schnittstellen zwischen Kunden, Produktion

und Logistik

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Serviceorientierung und Organisationstalent

* Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
