Zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort St. Pölten-Unterradlberg suchen wir ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter Projektmanagement Vertrieb (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten, von Produkteinführungen bis hin zu Produktanpassungen

* Verantwortung für die Koordination und Begleitung nationaler sowie internationaler Ausschreibungen und die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektverlaufs

* Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen zentralen Fachbereichen wie Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion, Produktentwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement, um gemeinsame Ziele effizient zu erreichen

* Aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams durch die Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsprozessen

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projektzeitplänen sowie Pflege und Sicherstellung einer hohen Stammdatenqualität als Basis für erfolgreiche Abläufe

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbares Studium

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Getränkeindustrie

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Kundenorientierung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

* Erfahrung in ERP- und CRM-Systemen sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch
