Fleischwaren Höllerschmid gilt als perfekter Partner in Sachen Qualität, Herkunft und Zuverlässigkeit. Um diesem Ruf weiterhin gerecht zu werden suchen wir für unser Team 1 Mitarbeiter Prozesssteuerung für Fleisch und Wurst Produktion (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Bereichsübergreifende Koordination der Produktionsaufträge innerhalb des Betriebsablaufs

* Sicherstellung der optimalen Linienauslastung in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Abteilungsleitern

* Ressourcenoptimierung entlang der Produktionskette

* Bindeglied zwischen den produzierenden Abteilungen und Vertrieb, Administration, Geschäftsführung

* Erkennung von bevorstehenden Engpässen und einleiten von teamübergreifenden Maßnahmen zur Terminsicherung bzw. Vorbeugung dieser

* Unterstützung und Klärung bei Problem Situationen über den gesamten Produktionsablauf (erste Anlaufstelle) und koordinierte Weiterleitung, falls notwendig

* Erarbeiten von div. Auswertungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Verantwortlichen

* Aktives Mitarbeiten an der Digitalisierung von Prozessen

* Entwicklung & Pflege strukturierter Prozessdokumentationen im ERP-System

* Verantwortung für die erfasste Datenqualität innerhalb der Produktionskette

* Unterstützung (1st Level-Support) bei ERP-Problemen oder Unklarheiten in der Produktion

* Optimierung und Vereinfachung der Abläufe in Abstimmung mit Abteilungsleitern

* Mitarbeit an der Reklamationsbearbeitung und Erarbeitung von langfristigen Korrekturmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit Qualitätsmanagement und Abteilungsleitern

* Mitarbeit am operativen Einkauf zur optimalen Rohstoff- und Handelswarenplanung

* Schulung hinsichtlich Prozess- und ERP-Abläufen in allen Produktionsbereichen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktions- oder Planungsbereich in einem fleischverarbeitenden Unternehmen

* Mikrobiologisches bzw. lebensmitteltechnologisches Grundverständnis

* fachspezifische Ausbildung (abgeschlossene Fleischerlehre, Lebensmitteltechnologe oder Vergleichbares)

* Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Hohe digitale Affinität

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen in der Lebensmittelbranche

* Sicherer Umgang in der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

* Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis

* Ergebnis- & kundenorientiert planen und organisieren

* Akribisch genaue Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent in komplexen Abwicklungen

Unser Angebot:
