Für unseren Kunden, ein international erfolgreiches Technologieunternehmen im Bereich Automatisierung und Intralogistik, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Qualitätsmanagement. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position verbinden Sie Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessentwicklung, technische Dokumentation und Schulungswesen und tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Standards bei.

Sie arbeiten gerne strukturiert, interessieren sich für technische Zusammenhänge und möchten die Weiterentwicklung eines modernen Managementsystems mitgestalten? Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Weiterentwicklung und laufende Pflege des Integrierten Managementsystems (IMS)

* Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Optimierung von Prozess- und QM-Dokumentationen

* Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von internen, externen und Lieferantenaudits

* Betreuung und laufende Weiterentwicklung der QM- und IMS-Plattformen

* Erstellung, Koordination und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Schulungsunterlagen

* Organisation und Koordination interner Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen

* Abstimmung und Beauftragung von Übersetzungen technischer Dokumentationen

* Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zur nachhaltigen Optimierung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar

* Erste Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich

* Interesse an technischen Dokumentationen, Normen und Qualitätsprozessen

* Hohe Teamorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Interesse an SharePoint Online und digitalen Dokumentationssystemen

* Interesse an Themen der Umwelt-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitssicherheit

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen

ANGEBOT & BENEFITS

Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens € 47.600. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
