Aufgaben

* Beratung im Schiverleih: Gäste freundlich empfangen, Material erklären und passende Ski, Schuhe und Helme auswählen (Kommunikations- & Sozialkompetenz)

* Montage und Einstellung von Bindungen nach Norm, inklusive Sicherheitscheck und Dokumentation (Sicherheitskompetenz)

* Pflege und Service: Schleifen, Wachsen, kleine Reparaturen durchführen und Material einsatzbereit halten (Bewegungs- & Handwerkskompetenz)

* Kinder- und Familienbetreuung: Material kindgerecht erklären, Größen anpassen und Sicherheit vermitteln (Unterrichts- & Anleitungskompetenz)

* Digitale Erfassung von Verleihvorgängen, Rücknahmen und Reservierungen (Digitale Kompetenz)

* Organisation & Selbstmanagement: Lagerordnung, Materialpflege, Tagesabläufe und Verleihstation selbstständig strukturieren

* Outdoor-Einschätzung: Wetter, Schnee und Gelände beurteilen, um Materialempfehlungen anzupassen

Anforderungen

* Erfahrung im Schiverleih, Skiservice oder als Schimonteur von Vorteil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und sichere Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches Auftreten, Geduld und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Kindern

* Sportliche Grundfitness und Belastbarkeit

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

* Fremdsprachenkenntnisse erwünscht

Wir bieten

* Arbeitszeit: je nach Schneelage voraussichtlich ab 04. Dezember 2026 bis Ende März 2027

* Voll- und Teilzeitbeschäftigung

* Arbeitszeiten bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 08:30 - 17:00 Uhr

* bei Teilzeit Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache

* Gesamte Saison

* Unterkunft, Skianzug und Liftkarte werden bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt
