Ziel der Stelle

Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Stammdatenmanagements im bestehenden System sowie bei der Migration und Neustrukturierung der Stammdaten im Zuge eines bevorstehenden ERP-Wechsels.

Abteilungsübergreifend erarbeiten Sie mit den Kollegen Strukturen für neu definierte Standards und transparente Prozesse und stellen so eine hohe Datenqualität und Datenkonsistenz sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Stammdaten

* Einbinden und Erweitern von Änderungen in vorhandenen Strukturen

* Erstellung und Kontrolle der Variantenstückliste

* ERP-gestützte Erstellung von vollständigen Fertigungsunterlagen

* Dokumentation, Vollständigkeits- und Plausibilitätsprüfungen

* Neustrukturierung der Stammdaten in einen neuen ERP

* Zentrale Ansprechperson/Key-User bei der Einführung unseres neuen ERP-Systems

* Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Inventurunterlagen

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung in operativer Stammdatenerstellung und -pflege in einem technischen Produktionsumfeld

* Abgeschlossene handwerkliche/technische Ausbildung

* ERP-Affinität und Freude an strukturierter Arbeit mit Daten im Tagesgeschäft

* Kommunikationsstärke und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Technik, Controlling und Vertrieb

* Hohes Interesse und Verständnis an Produktionsabläufen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich mit Produkt, Varianten und dessen Konfiguration im Detail auseinanderzusetzen

* Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Ihr Einstieg

* Mehrmonatige Einschulung in Fertigungsprozesse, Produktkonfigurationen und Planungsabläufe

* Schrittweises Hineinwachsen in die ERP-gestützte Planung und die Schnittstellen zu Produktion, Einkauf, Technik, Controlling und Vertrieb

* Einarbeitung in ein in naher Zukunft einzuführendes ERP-System (Fokus: Anwendung im Tagesgeschäft)
