Zur Verstärkung der Instandhaltungsabteilung suchen wir für unser Werk Wietersdorf einen Mitarbeiter in der strategischen Instandhaltung (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie an der vorausschauenden Erkennung und Planung notwendiger Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, mit denen der verlässliche Betrieb unserer Produktionsanlagen gewährleistet wird. 1 Mitarbeiter Strategische Instandhaltung (m/w/d) Ihr Profil

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für industrielle Anlagen und Prozesse

* Analytische Denkweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Kennzahlen, Datenanalysen und datenbasierten Entscheidungsprozessen

* Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, im Anlagenbau- und -management von Vorteil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Kontinuierliche Datenpflege und Weiterentwicklung der Instandhaltungssoftware

* Entwicklung fundierter Instandhaltungsstrategien unter Heranziehung von Anlaysen, Kennzahlen und Datenreihen

* Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen durch Erstellung von Störungsanalysen und Risikobewertungen

* Planung und Durchführung von Inspektionen, Wartungen, Revisionen und Reparaturen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, technischer Standards sowie von Prüfpflichten

* Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit

* Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Wartungspläne, Berichte und Auswertungen
