Als international tätiger Spezialist für maßgeschneiderte und funktionssichere Hydrauliklösungen mit knapp 1.400 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern an sechs Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und Polen stehen wir für ein unschlagbares Leistungsportfolio rund um Bewegung, Kraft und Dynamik. Zuverlässig und leistungsstark entwickeln wir seit über 85 Jahren hochwertige hydraulische Komponenten und Systeme. Unser Fokus liegt hierbei auf Zylindern, Steuerblöcken, Lenk- und Federungssystemen, Ventilen und Aggregaten für mobile Arbeitsmaschinen, Nutzfahrzeuge und Werkzeugmaschinen und Rettungsgeräten.

Am Standort Losenstein beschäftigt die WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH rund 300 Mitarbeitende mit dem Schwerpunkt Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb von Spezialzylindern und Rettungsgeräten.

Wir suchen: 1 Mitarbeiter Versuch (m/w/d) Dein Aufgabenspektrum:

* Vorbereitung und Aufbau von Versuch- und Messeinrichtungen laut Vorgaben

* Durchführung der Versuche und Tests sowie die Versuchsüberwachung entsprechend der Vorgaben

* Gewissenhafter Umgang mit den Prüflingen (vorwiegend Muster und Prototypen) sowie den zur Verfügung gestellten Prüf- und Messmitteln

* In Abstimmung mit den Entwicklungsabteilungen: Durchführung von Änderungen und Anpassungen der Prüflinge und der Versuchsaufbauten inkl. der dafür notwendigen Arbeiten wie mechanische Bearbeitung, Verkabelung, Verschlauchung etc.

* Wettbewerbsanalysen von Produkten aus dem gesamten Produktspektrum der Weber Hydraulik Losenstein

* Programmierung von Prüfständen

* Im Bedarfsfall Reparatur-, Montage-, Kontroll- und Instandsetzungstätigkeiten

* Im Bedarfsfall Vertriebsunterstützungsmaßnahmen (z. B. Messen, Rescue Days, Dienstreisen, Praxistests etc.)

* Erkennung und Umsetzung von Entwicklungsbedarf, Engineering-Trends und Technologieverbesserungen

* Aktive Mitarbeit im KVP-Prozess in allen Bereichen

* Durchführung von Normprüfungen und Tests mit externen Partnern sowie im Bedarfsfall Kundenbetreuung

* Unterstützung des Teamleiters bei der Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter

Das bringst Du mit:

* Lehrabschluss im Metallhandwerk, als Elektriker oder im Bereich Mechatronik bzw. Fachschulabschluss

* Fachkenntnisse in Hydraulik

* Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung mit TIA Portal

* Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Messtechnik

* Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
