Zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort St. Pölten-Unterradlberg suchen wir ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion und Logistik steuern Sie für ausgewählte Kunden den gesamten Auftragsprozess

* Proaktive Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden in allen Fragen rund um Portfolio, Aktionsmengen, Reklamationen, Spezifikationen und Kundenportalen

* Abwicklung von Kundenbestellungen von der Auftragsannahme über Füllaufträge bis hin zur termingerechten Auslieferung

* Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams und der Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen

* Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung kundenspezifischer Exportdokumente

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Verkaufsinnendienst oder betriebswirtschaftliches bzw. vergleichbares Studium

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Kundenorientierung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

* Erfahrung mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
