Beschäftigung: Vollzeit mit 38,5 Wochenstunden

Arbeitszeit: Mo- Do 08h00-17h00 Fr 08h00-12h00

Eintritt : ab sofort

Das erwartet dich:

- Selbständige Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Anlage und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen in unserem ERP-System (MS Dynamics 365)

- Prüfung von Liefer- und Materialverfügbarkeiten sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung

- Technische Unterstützung und kompetente Beratung unserer Kunden vor Ort am Standort, per Telefon und E-Mail

- Eigenständige Korrespondenz mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst, der Vertriebsleitung sowie allen relevanten Fachabteilungen

- Bearbeitung von Mietretouren und Reklamationen mit einem lösungsorientierten und kundenfreundlichen Ansatz

- Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten sowie Unterstützung bei administrativen Vertriebsprozessen

- Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung interner Abläufe und Serviceprozesse

Das bringst du mit:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenservice oder in der Baubranche

- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise MS Dynamics 365, sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden

- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen

- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine Hands-on-Mentalität

Gehalt:
