Deine Aufgaben

* Aktives Gewinnen von NeukundInnen

* Betreuen und Weiterentwickeln bestehender KundInnen

* Eigenständige Durchführung von Vermessungen, Beratungs- und Verkaufsgesprächen

* Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Vertriebsziele

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Innendienst und Montage

* Kund:innenbetreuung vor Ort - du bist das freundliche Gesicht unseres Unternehmens

Was du mitbringst

* mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufspraxis im Sonnenschutzgewerbe

* Berufspraxis im Außendienst mit Montage- oder Installationsarbeiten

* Interesse oder besser Erfahrung und Talent im Verkauf/Vertrieb

* Technisches Know-How

* Gutes, repräsentatives Auftreten und adäquate Deutschkenntnisse für den Außendienst

* Flexibilität und Kundennähe

* Führerschein B und Fahrpraxis

Idealerweise:

* Ausbildung als Sonnenschutztechniker:in oder praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Sonnenschutz

* Alternativ Ausbildung als Tischler:in, Schlosser:in, Elektriker:in oder in einem Metall-/Handwerksberuf

* Gerne auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit technischem Geschick und Interesse am Sonnenschutz

* Führerschein B unbedingt erforderlich

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse & freundliches Auftreten bei Kund:innen

* Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Freude an abwechslungsreicher, praktischer Arbeit
