Für unseren Hofladen in Enns suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams eine engagierte und zuverlässige Mitarbeiterin bzw. einen Mitarbeiter im Verkauf. Die Position bietet die attraktive Möglichkeit, den etablierten Hofladen in weiterer Folge zu übernehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Verkauf und Präsentation von regionalen Produkten

* Freundliche und kompetente Kundenbetreuung

* Warenübernahme und Regalbetreuung

* Kassatätigkeiten

* Allgemeine Tätigkeiten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ladenbetriebes

Ihr Profil

* Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Interesse an regionalen Lebensmitteln und Direktvermarktung

* Verkaufserfahrung von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich langfristig einzubringen

Arbeitszeit

Nach den Öffnungszeiten des Hofladens:

* Montag, Dienstag, Donnerstag: 08:30 bis 12:00 Uhr sowie 14:30 bis 18:00 Uhr

* Freitag von 8:30 bis 13:30 Uhr

* Mittwoch und Samstag: 08:30 bis 12:00 Uhr

Teilzeit- oder Vollzeitbeschäftigung nach Vereinbarung.

Wir bieten

* Einschulung und Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung

* Langfristige Perspektive in einem etablierten Hofladen

* Möglichkeit zur späteren Übernahme des Betriebes

* Entlohnung nach Kollektivvertrag; Bruttogehalt bei Vollzeit ohne Vorerfahrung ab € 2.156,00 brutto pro Monat, Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich

Besondere Perspektive

Die derzeitige Inhaberin übergibt den Hofladen an eine interessierte Mitarbeiterin oder einen interessierten Mitarbeiter. Eine Übernahme ist ab sofort oder zum Jahresende möglich.

Für die vorhandene Ladenausstattung ist eine Ablöse in Höhe von € 20.000 netto vorgesehen.
