Der Verein EqualiZ ist eine Anlaufstelle für Mädchen* und junge Frauen* in Kärnten und setzt pädagogische, sozialpädagogische und arbeitsmarktpolitische Angebote mit feministischen und diversitätsorientierten Zugängen in ganz Kärnten um.

Im Fachbereich Gesundheit und Soziales suchen wir eine engagierte und interessierte Mitarbeiterin*, die nach Einschulung und Anleitung in ganz Kärnten sozialpädagogische Workshops und Gruppenangebote an Schulen und in außerschulischen Einrichtungen umsetzt. 1 Mitarbeiterin* für sozialpädagogische Workshops 15-20 Wochenstunden zum ehestmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Arbeitsorte: Klagenfurt/Villach und mobile Workshops kärntenweit

Das Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene oder laufende Ausbildung im pädagogischen und/oder psychosozialen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in der pädagogischen Arbeit und der Gruppenarbeit mit Jugendlichen/jungen Erwachsenen

* Feministische Grundhaltung und Interesse an frauenpolitischen Themen, Identifikation mit den Grundwerten im Leitbild der Organisation, Gender und

intersektionale Kompetenz

* Hohe Flexibilität im Umgang mit wechselnden Teilnehmenden* und Anforderungen

* Krisensicherheit, Empathie und hohe Reflexionsfähigkeit

* Hohe Team-, Koordinations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft für Mehrarbeit zu Schulzeiten und Zeitabbau in Ferienzeiten,

* Reisebereitschaft und eigener PKW erforderlich

Die Aufgaben:

* Umsetzung von Workshops in Schulen und außerschulischen Jugendeinrichtungen zu unterschiedlichen Themen der emanzipatorischen Mädchen*- und Jugendarbeit

* Koordinative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten sowie Unterstützung bei Öffentlichkeits- und Netzwerkarbeit

* Teilnahme an Arbeitsbesprechungen und Teamsitzungen, Fortbildungen und

Supervisionen / Intervisionen

* Bereichsübergreifende inhaltliche Zusammenarbeit in der Einrichtung

* Dokumentation und Berichtslegung
