Die BBT SE ist eine europäische Aktiengesellschaft mit dem Zweck der Errichtung des weltweit längsten unterirdischen Eisenbahntunnels zwischen Österreich und Italien. Im Auftrag der Republik Österreich, der Republik Italien sowie der Europäischen Union ist sie, als Projektgesellschaft, für die Planung und den Bau des Brenner Basistunnels - einem neuen Verbindungsweg durch die Alpen im Herzen Europas - verantwortlich. Die Aktien der BBT SE sind jeweils zur Hälfte auf Österreich und Italien verteilt. Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten in allen Belangen rund um HR

* Unterstützung der HR-Leitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie Vertretung innerhalb des HR-Teams

* Mithilfe bei der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt (On- und Offboarding-Prozess)

* Aktualisierung, Pflege und Überwachung der Personaldatenbank sowie diverser Personallisten

* Betreuung, Korrektur und monatliche Kontrolle des internen Zeiterfassungssystems (Zeitwirtschaft, Urlaub und Krankenstand)

* Regelmäßige Erstellung von Reports und Checklisten vorwiegend mit Excel

* Bearbeitung diverser Mitarbeiteranfragen

Ihr ideales Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - BerufseinsteigerInnen willkommen

* Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Empathie

* Teamfähigkeit, Loyalität, Hands-on-Mentalität und Lösungsorientiertheit

* Diskretion und ein hohes Maß an Vertraulichkeit beim Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, vor allem MS Office und sehr gute Excelkenntnisse

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
