Wer du bistº Du hast Freude im Umgang mit Menschen, kannst gut kommunizieren und bist Lösungsorientiert.

º Du bist zeitlich flexibel.

º Du lässt dich nicht so leicht aus der Ruhe bringen.

º Mit Microsoft Office bist du bestens vertraut, neue Programme lernst du gerne und schnell.

º Körperliche Tätigkeiten und Mitanpacken gehören für dich dazu.

º Du kannst gut und sicher auf Deutsch kommunizieren.

º Du bist mind. 18 Jahre alt.Du bist verantwortlich fürº Du bist am Serviceschalter Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen für Reklamationen, Rückgabe und Umtausch.

º Du nutzt dein Wissen und deine Problemlösungskompetenz, um Kundenbeschwerden zu bearbeiten und gehst dabei positiv und schnell auf alle auftretenden Anliegen ein.

º Du stellst eine korrekte Bearbeitung aller retournierten Produkte sicher und machst Produktprobleme sofort sichtbar und leitest sie weiter.

º Du unterstützt Kund:innen, die Schwierigkeiten beim Zusammenbau von Produkten haben, und kannst bei Bedarf Ersatzteile bestellen und austauschen.Bewirb dich jetzt!Das Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 Wochenstunden) € 2.440,- brutto pro Monat. Diese Stelle wird in Teilzeit mit 20 Wochenstunden besetzt, das entspricht einem monatlichen Bruttoentgelt von €1.267,53.

Deine Arbeitszeiten: Laut Dienstplan von Montag bis Samstag an 3 Tagen pro Woche - jeden zweiten Samstag.
