Unsere familiär geführte Kanzlei am Mirabellplatz im Herzen der Stadt Salzburg steht seit mehr als fünf Jahrzehnten für eine zuverlässige und vertrauensvolle Begleitung in allen Steuerbelangen und Wirtschaftsfragen. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt in der Beratung von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen jeglicher Art. Neben Steuer- und Wirtschaftsberatung umfasst unser Leistungsspektrum auch Buchhaltung, Bilanzierung, Jahresabschlüsse und Personalverrechnung. Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiterin/Mitarbeiter für die Buchhaltung (m/w/d) Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 20 Std/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben

* Organisation des digitalen Belegtransfers und selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Führung der laufenden papierlosen und KI-unterstützten Buchhaltung für unsere Klient_innen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, Rechtsformen und Unternehmensgrößen

* Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen inkl. der Zusammenfassenden Meldungen

* Aufbereitung von monatlichen betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen

* Betreuung unserer Klient_innen bei buchhalterischen Fragen

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK, HAS, Lehrabschluss) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Erfolgreich abgelegte Buchhalter_inprüfung

* Sie sind zahlen- und IT-affin, haben gute Excel-Kenntnisse und eine Freude am digitalen Arbeiten

* Von Vorteil ist Ihre Erfahrung mit BMD NTCS

* Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, genau, strukturiert, serviceorientiert und sind vertrauenswürdig

Ihr Gehalt

* Das Gehalt für diese Position liegt über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt (KV für Angestellte bei Steuerberater_innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer_innen) und orientiert sich an Ihrer Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung sowie den aktuellen Marktgegebenheiten.
