Für unser exklusives Haus suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die es versteht, anspruchsvolle Gäste bereits im ersten, schriftlichen oder telefonischen Kontakt, zu begeistern.

Sie sind die erste Stimme unseres Hauses - und damit weit mehr als nur Ansprechpartner:in.

Mit Ihrem Feingefühl für Menschen, Ihrem Talent zu begeistern und Ihrem ausgeprägten Sinn für den Verkauf gelingt es Ihnen, aus Interesse echte Begeisterung entstehen zu lassen und unsere Gäste für einen Aufenthalt zu inspirieren.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Individuelle Beratung unserer internationalen, anspruchsvollen Gäste in eleganter Sprache, englisch und deutsch.

* Professionelle Führung von Telefongesprächen mit dem Ziel, Gäste für unser Haus zu begeistern

* Präsentation unserer Angebote sowie gezielte Empfehlung passender Zusatzleistungen

* Bearbeitung und Koordination von Anfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Onlineplattformen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Rezeption, Marketing und weiteren Abteilungen

* Persönliche Betreuung und kompetente Ansprechperson für Gäste vor Ort

Ihr Profil:

* Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie, an der Rezeption, in der Reservierung oder im hochwertigen Verkauf

* Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Verkauf und die Fähigkeit, Gäste authentisch zu begeistern

* Souveränes, stilvolles Auftreten sowie exzellente Umgangsformen

* Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Freude am Gästekontakt - insbesondere am Telefon

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Hotelprogrammen (z. B. Websline, Protel, AIDA) von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und ein hohes Maß an Diskretion

Arbeitszeiten:

* Rahmenarbeitszeiten von Montag bis Sonntag von 07:00 bis 21:00 Uhr

* Einteilung nach Dienstplan

* Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste

Entgeltangaben des Unternehmens:

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem jeweils gültigen Kollektivvertrag (KV für Gastronomie und Hotellerie) in der entsprechenden Einstufung. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich. Sonn-/Feiertagszulage & freiwillige Zulagen für Früh-/Abenddienste.
