Je komt terecht bij een onafhankelijk familiebedrijf in Beerse dat volop inzet op groei, innovatie en investeringen. Het bedrijf produceert private label ijscreaties voor verschillende Belgische en Europese merken.

Binnen het team staan kwaliteit, betrokkenheid en een echte hands-on mentaliteit centraal. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het productieproces vlot verloopt en dat elke ijscreatie aan de juiste kwaliteitsnormen voldoet.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij graag actief bezig, heb je interesse in productie en werk je graag met machines én grondstoffen? Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou! Als Mixbereider zorg je ervoor dat de juiste mixen volgens de voorgeschreven kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen worden bereid. Je krijgt een afwisselende functie binnen een groeiend en innovatief productiebedrijf en werkt in een vaste ochtendploeg van 06u tot 14u.

Takenpakket

  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding, opstart en bediening van de installatie tijdens het bereidingsproces.
  • Je weegt grondstoffen nauwkeurig af volgens de voorgeschreven recepten.
  • Je stuurt de mixtanks aan via de computer en volgt het bereidingsproces nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt dagelijks voor een correcte opstart en afsluit van de installatie.
  • Je voert de nodige reinigingswerkzaamheden uit, waaronder de volledige CIP-reiniging.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens het volledige bereidingsproces.
  • Tijdens rustigere momenten help je mee met preventieve onderhoudstaken.

Profielomschrijving

  • Ervaring als mixbereider of in een gelijkaardige productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch en logisch inzicht en bent geïnteresseerd in productieprocessen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar communiceert ook vlot met je collega's.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en begrijpt het belang van kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid.
  • Je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken: fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
