In Enschede is deze organisatie verantwoordelijk voor meerdere productielijnen waar nauwkeurige aanvoer, dosering en mengprocessen dagelijks gecontroleerd worden om consistente eindproducten te garanderen. Medewerkers voeren monsters uit en registreren kwaliteitsgegevens volgens vastgestelde procedures voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid. Jij bedient processen, ondersteunt bij overdrachten tijdens ploegwisselingen en werkt in een omgeving die precisie en technisch inzicht vereist. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de maakindustrie en procesindustrie en er wordt gewerkt volgens strikte veiligheidsprotocollen. Functie-inhoud - Je bereidt en controleert plantaardige mixen volgens specificaties. - Je zorgt voor de aanvoer, afweging en dosering van grond- en hulpstoffen en bewaakt mengspecificaties. - Je voert monsters en kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert het productieproces nauwkeurig. - Je bedient en stuurt procesinstallaties en pompt bereide mixen naar de juiste buffertanks. - Je signaleert en corrigeert afwijkingen in het proces en draagt bij aan procesverbetering tijdens ploegwisselingen. - Je werkt met geautomatiseerde menginstallaties en PLC-besturing en stelt recepten en procesparameters in en past deze aan waar nodig. - Je voert eerste-lijns onderhoud uit zoals reinigen, smeren en kleine afstellingen en schakelt technische dienst of ploegleider in bij complexere storingen. - Je neemt monsters voor visuele en meetcontroles (temperatuur, viscositeit) en draagt bij aan het reduceren van uitval en energiegebruik door verbeteringsvoorstellen. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding richting Voeding, Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in produc.
