Hoe ziet de job eruit?

Als mobiele begeleider autisme help je jongeren en volwassenen met autisme. Je gaat aan huis en je betrekt ook het gezin en het netwerk. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband met je cliënten op en je versterkt hun zelfstandigheid.

  • Je ondersteunt je cliënten op diverse levensdomeinen: het samenleven als gezin, dagbesteding, onderwijs, werk, vrije tijd, mediawijsheid enzovoort.
  • Je werkt samen met andere hulpverleners in functie van je cliënt en deelt je autisme expertise met hen.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan de teamwerking van Het Raster en levert je bijdrage aan ons divers ondersteuningsaanbod zoals de hotspotwerking en de Liga Autisme Vlaanderen (zie website).
  • Eenmaal per week neem je deel aan de teamvergadering op de dienst in Leuven. Daarnaast plan je je begeleidingen zelfstandig en organiseer je je werk op een efficiënte manier.

Het Raster is al 25 jaar een klinkende naam in de begeleiding van mensen met autisme. Jaarlijks begeleiden we 2000 cliënten en hun context in de provincies Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant en Brussel. We ondersteunen ook andere organisaties in het omgaan met personen met autisme. Het Raster maakt deel uit van een krachtig samenwerkingsverband: de Liga Autisme Vlaanderen.

Wij hechten veel belang aan een prettige werksfeer, waarin elke medewerker de ruimte krijgt om te groeien. Wederzijds respect, goede communicatie en een gezonde collegialiteit zijn kernwaarden. Dankzij de wekelijkse intervisie leren we voortdurend van elkaar en sta je er nooit alleen voor. Als starter krijg je bij ons een interne opleidingsperiode van een half jaar. Zo ben je optimaal voorbereid op je opdracht.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Je hebt ervaring op het vlak van autisme of je wil je hierin graag verdiepen. Je organiseert je werk zelfstandig, je staat stevig in je schoenen en je bent leergierig. Maar in de eerste plaats ben je iemand die gedreven is om mensen met autisme en hun context te helpen.

Verder heb je:

  • Een professionele bachelor of graduaat in een menswetenschappelijke richting.
  • Een wagen ter beschikking en een rijbewijs B.
  • Je woont in de provincie Vlaams-Brabant regio Leuven-Diest-Tienen.
