Unique Antwerpen zoekt een Mobiele Payroll Consultant. Jij komt terecht bij een jong HR Consultancy bedrijf dat streeft naar kwaliteit en uitmuntendheid. Met een pragmatische en professionele aanpak leveren ze meerwaarde aan hun klanten én medewerkers. Bij onze klant maak je deel uit van een gedreven team van professionals waar je jouw kennis kan uitbreiden en een dienstverlening aanbiedt die verder gaat dan alleen jouw expertise.

Jouw taken:

  • Als Hard HR Consultant krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je jouw expertise in payroll en HR volledig kan benutten:
  • Je beheert personeelsadministratie, personeelsdossiers en sociale documenten.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en medewerkers, en biedt professionele adviezen en concrete oplossingen.
  • Je stelt HR-rapportages op en zorgt voor een foutloze verwerking.
  • Je volgt de sociale wetgeving op en past deze correct toe in jouw werk.

Ben jij de HR-professional die wij zoeken? Dit is wat we belangrijk vinden:

  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in payroll en HR.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving en volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen op de voet.
  • Je bent flexibel, nauwgezet, klantgericht en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit en houdt van een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands of Frans; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.

Je bent flexibel om je te verplaatsen binnen de driehoek Limburg - Antwerpen - Brussel.
